The H2 12-24 Pipeline Beveling Machine Bevel Tech Group, Inc. is the exclusive agent in the United States for this machine. This is the only single lever operated pipeline machine available on the market today, with all adjustable functions. The H2 has a simple set up of tooling with a "creep" function. It is also totally interlocked for safe operation and all hydraulic controls are on board the machine. The machine ranges are from 10.75" ID to 24" OD. A typical 24" x 0.688" 30 degree weld prep machined from a square factory end can be performed in 30 seconds while maintaining a squareness accuracy of 0.002." view more The CNC Riser Boring Machine This machine was designed and developed by BTG engineering and has the capabilities and functions of a CNC controlled lathe with the flexibility of a portable boring machine. The BTG 624 is a portable unit designed to handle pipe sizes from 6" ID to 24" OD piping. The machine has the ability to machine any desired transition slope or base radius required. Any bevel detail can be machined on any bored pipe end, maintaining the strictest of tolerances. Computer generated spread sheets are produced on each pipe end and tracked in its post machining condition. |
