With the addition of the Line Isolation and Weld Test Plug and Hydraulic Bolt Torquing services in 2015, Bevel Tech Group, Inc leaps into the forefront as a leader in supplying various turnaround services under one Company.
Industrial companies regularly execute turnarounds to clean out, repair, or refurbish their equipment for efficiency or to meet OSHA regulations. With the large demand for people and these services, lots of companies struggle to find the needed manpower and services for these 2-4 week turnaround time frames.
Experienced craftsmen and technicians are much harder to find these days and companies often have to reach out to contractors or vendors out of state. Many contractors only have a small selection of experienced craftsmen and couple those experienced hands with “helpers” to meet the manpower needs. This leads to inexperienced workers who cannot take the lead to perform the required tasks. This type of situation can really get out of control, coupling one experienced worker with as many as 4-6 inexperienced hands. We don’t believe this is a good practice and often leads to mishaps, injuries, or even non-acceptable work. At Bevel Tech Group, Inc, we use the accredited NCCER training, testing, and certification methods to make sure that all of our craftsmen are truly certified and competent.

Over 20 years experience in the Petrochemical Industry. Started off in the industry working for Turner Industries as a pipefitter helper. In 1996 went to work for CARBER. Started off working as a helper and over the years worked my way up to Operations Manager. I helped start the CARBER offshore division and managed the Baton Rouge operations for 8 years. Experience based in machining, bolting, line isolation and hydrostatic testing.
Married to Farrah Zeppuhar. Have a son Tanner 14 and daughter Presley 11
